Nissin International Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd have focused on Human Resource Developments for long time. We have an annual training program and give the chance for employee to motivate, skill up themselves. All the record and effectiveness of training is linking to the evaluation. We are thinking this system as one of the our business sustainability.

Training / Seminar Programs

On Job Training

We are providing On Job Training first 3 months for all new employees and employees who transferred from another department. Employees can get the chance to know our company and acquire entry skills for our job through this training. Trainer will do an effectiveness evaluation after 3 months with the job description for each employees and assign suitable job for them.

Target Position

All new employees and employees who are transferred.

Skill Up (Course) Training / Seminar

We are providing Skill Up (Course) Training / Seminar for all position employees who are recommended. Attendees can get the chance to skill up abilities e.g. Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving, Team Player, and all related abilities which is related to our company businesses. Superior will do an effectiveness evaluation after 3 months for attendees.

Target Position

All position employees who are recommended.

Safety Training

We are providing Safety Training for employees who are the member of Safety & Health committee. This training assist for attendees to prevent from the emergency or accident case happens and assist for attendees to take a proper action when it happens. Superior will do an effectiveness evaluation after 3 months for attendees.

Employees who are the member of Safety & Health committee.

Equipment Training

We are providing Equipment Training for employees who are the authorized equipment driver. We have an authorized internal trainers in our company and they can assist for renew the attendee’s license with safety driving or safety equipment handling skills.

Employee Evaluation Systems

Annual Evaluation

We evaluate the approach to work, processing ability, performance for all employees based on certain criteria once a year. In addition, feedback from superiors on evaluation results promotes employee growth and leads to improved organizational strength.

Job Rotation & Promotion

We have a job rotation system & Promotion system according to the employee’s working situation & performance.

Sales Incentive

We have an incentive system for employees who have contributed to the company’s good sales performance.

Long Service Award

We have a long service award for employees who have worked for long term in our company.
